Hello, my name is Scott!
I am a graduate of the School of Interactive Arts & Technology program at Simon Fraser University, where I practiced in the concentration of New Media. This is where I was taught to be a "jack of all trades"-- to be able to do things very well, while constantly adapting to multiple roles and situations.Coding, designing, testing, recording, editing, prototyping, and leading, are just some of the abilities that have grown from my experiences. Other than that, I'm passionate about anything with a lens, snowboarding, ocean kayaking, friends and family.
I am currently a Production Coordinator at Digital Domain on Jack the Giant Killer (2012). I was also part of the VFX production on Transformers: Dark of the Moon (2011), Thor (2011), and TRON: Legacy (2010). I was as an Audio Assistant for Olympic Broadcasting Services Vancouver with broadcast professionals from around the world, to bring the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games to an international audience in high definition. I was also contracted as a Teaching Assistant for IAT 344: Moving Images at Simon Fraser University .
